A lovely quiet location in the middle of the countryside yet near to amenities and sights in every direction. The cottage is a little bolt-hole away from the hustle-and-bustle of busy living and perfect for unwinding. It is cosy, comfortable (lovely bed) and tasteful.

Our holiday started with a warm welcome to the clean and comfortable cottage. Everything had been considered from a place for outdoor shoes to an extra blanket for evenings playing cards on the sofa. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful and hot. There was plenty to do in the local area, the suggested walk from the cottage was full of wilRead moredlife and not too tasking. We plan on returning to Curlew Cottage for more adventures and to see how the chickens are getting along. Hide

Left in peace for the week, but owners available if needed. Isolated & peaceful location. Delightful cottage in peaceful surroundings. Owners very welcoming, and extremely helpful. The cottage is within easy reach of the Waskerley Cycle Trail, which links with 3 others in the area, and as such a window on the wonderful countryside.
