We have stayed many times in this cottage but with a gap of several years until we returned last week. We generally love the cottage but felt a little disappointed this time as a few things let it down. We appreciated the welcome gifts but there was no tea coffee or sugar as we usually find in other cottages. There were only 3 teaspoons, no pizza cRead moreutter and not enough saucepans. The furniture had changed and we all found the corner sofa too low and uncomfortable. The dining table was wobbly too Hide

Owl Cottage was very spacious for 4 adults, two children, and 2 dogs. Having a second TV in one of the bedrooms was great for the kids to have their own space. Games room was a bonus. Very well equipped kitchen and a generous welcome gift of cake, soft drink, milk etc was much appreciated. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, made it very convenient foRead morer all. Having a small washing machine in the property was great with drying facilities in the games room. We will be returning. Highly recommended. Hide
